In her role as Manager in our Lifestyle Management division, Courtney provides a wide variety of concierge services to clients, including insurance oversight, household management, construction project oversight, payroll administration, and event planning. Clients, colleagues and advisors appreciate Courtney’s work ethic, tenacity, and commitment to excellence. She combines her vision and practical experience to address the unique needs of each family to provide customized solutions, always seeking to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding client service. 

Courtney joined Maestro in 2023 with more than 10 years of experience in the financial and family office industries. Most recently, she spent 7 years at a family office in Maryland managing the lifestyle management division. In her role, she served as point person for her clients when it came to their daily financial and lifestyle needs. Her responsibilities included managing bill pay, property management, and extensive travel management. 

Previously, Courtney was an analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income division, where she provided middle office support to the firm’s sales desk and institutional clients.  During her time at Morgan Stanley, she managed daily cash and asset reconciliation of fixed income products and analyzed discrepancies with clients to ensure proper settlements.

Courtney earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland.
