Hope is an accomplished and knowledgeable accounting professional with proven experience in single- and multi-family offices and public accounting. In her role as Senior Manager, Hope provides accounting, tax planning and coordination, financial management and business consulting services to JDJ/Maestro clients. Hope manages day-to-day operations such as budgeting and cash flow management, and the complete financial reporting process. With her proven track record of providing excellent service to clients and advisors, Hope is considered a valued member of the team. In addition to her client responsibilities, she works with the management group to allocate and manage team resources, monitor workflow, and mentor and train staff.

Prior to joining JDJ/Maestro in 2023, Hope spent 11 years as Controller and Accounting Manager for three single family offices. In these roles, she ensured the integrity of all financial operations, and provided oversight to accounting and controls, including reporting, budgets, payroll, and charitable contributions. She managed tax preparation, prepared reports and supervised accounting staff. In addition, she coordinated with external tax accountants for the preparation of tax estimates, filings and returns. In addition, she was a Senior Accountant at EisnerAmper. She supervised accounting for several high net-worth families. 

Hope holds an Economics/Accounting degree from the University of Economic Studies, Bucharest, Romania, and has completed business-related courses at Baruch College. She is a native of Romania. Hope is based in our New York office.
